Girl Power
So I finally had a few free hours to go see Alice and Wonderland. All I can say is that I loved it! The costumes, the sets, the make-up, and the special effects - all of it was amazing.
Not too mention I am a total sucker for a film about female empowerment. I mean really, how many films do you see that have that many strong female characters and where the girl slays the dragon?

Loved the female empowerment, and I enjoyed the costumes & makeup as well.
Still gotta watch it, but your picture selection is enticing. I'm pretty sure I'll love it, too - no matter what some reviews say!
I could not have been more enchanted by the costumes, makeup and the girl power either. It's wonderful to see females placed in the forefront - taking control of the situation as opposed to waiting for Prince Charming to come along and rescue them. Love!! :)
Helena Bonham-Carter couldn't be any more perfect for that role, she's amazing!
