I read this article in REAL SIMPLE Magazine and felt the need to pass it along.
As we all know, credit card companies have been tightening up on credit, but who knew they were watching where you spend money to see if it "might" signal financial or marital problems - such as you shopping at the $1 store, using your card for dinners out or at a bar or even for marriage counseling sessions?
Of course people are watching what they spend! So a dollar store is a GOOD thing, and yes, some people are frayed thin by all their financial worries so it only seems logical to get some counseling - wouldn't that be less expensive than a divorce?
This is the kind of recession news that makes me wonder who the hell is in charge of these credit card companies and this bizarre way of thinking...
