Paul Frank "Academy Of Awesome" Tour 2011

 

 

Got this super nice invite from my friends at Red Light PR to attend the rad Paul Frank "Academy of Awesome Tour" launch party this weekend. Perfect afternoon for it - everything was outside and the sun was out in full force - a perfect CA weekend. 

There was an amazing Paul Frank tour bus all decked out inside with cool Paul Frank listening stations, art, couches, sunglasses and more. You could also hang out and play ping pong, make silk screen tee's, slide down a giant blow up slide, let your dogs hang in the  "bark lounge" (they had a puppy prom later on in the evening), take goofy pictures in the photo booth, stuff your face with hot dogs, ice cream, + yummy drinks and they had rad bands playing throughout the party (the Shakers are pictured above). oh yeah ... lets not forget the gnarly "tattoos" I got - perhaps my fav part of the day. (besides hanging with Julius of course!)

Make sure you catch up with the TOUR when it's in your area - because Paul Frank and Julius RULE!

Patience Is NOT My Best Trait

 

 

 

 

I have been trying to re-do my home office this week. Nothing major, just trying to get everything in it to have a "clean" fresh look. I'm obsessed with a lot of white with colored accent pieces.  These pictures have been inspiring me to try and "simplify". Easier said than done... 

I am re-doing one cabinet which is taking longer than expected.  I really just want it done NOW. Patience in not my virtue...

I'll post pix when it's ready.
