Had an interesting and amazingly fun weekend!
A bunch of us went to Hollywood Park Race Track on Friday night to see THE MOTELS and DRAMARAMA play. Yep - total 80's flash back night. Had my margaritas in a flask and was ready for the outdoor concert.
What I wasn't ready for was the lead singer of Dramarama to give me shit. We met him after they played and I was wearing a faux fur vest from Graham and Spencer. He looks at me and says "You remind me of Sonny from Sonny and Cher" I glared at him and said "oh that's really f-ing nice" and he starts back peddling and saying "No, not Sonny himself, he just wore a vest like that" Uh huh.
The dude is a real charmer that's for sure.
The Motels were awesome - wish I had better pics for you of them rocking.

Saturday night we went to DEVILS NIGHT which is a "drive in movie" located on a rooftop in downtown LA. They have astro turf where you can sit on lawn chairs (called the "white trash area") a BBQ truck and food stand and girls on rollerskates to bring food to your car. Its totally fun and campy. This weekend they were showing 70's movie Pretty in Pink. It was a total blast. After the movie we cruised over to my fave place MAC AND CHEEZA (which is like a Pinkberry for mac and cheese - sizes, add in's, toppings, etc) for some really good mac and cheese to take home.
Pretty much a fun weekend.
