My assistant Amy and I were invited to attend Kari Feinstein's Style Lounge yesterday, in honor of the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. We could not have had a better afternoon! We met so many fun people, had amazing spray tans, found out about some great new products for our clients, ate wonderful food and devoured too much ice cream - all on top of the Montage Hotel rooftop in Beverly Hills.
Superdry is going to be my new favorite clothing line - it's everything I love in a look - ultra soft, vintage styling and broken in. I was stoked when they gave me the army green color super scout shirt (seen in the first photo) to take home!
Yogun Fruz and Sweet Lucie's were two of Amy's favs
Dekkori was a very interesting line that caught our attention. These are unique foot wear styling pieces can change any shoe you own into something more unique at a moments notice. Love how you could go from a high heeled shoe to a "boot" in a flash.
This was the Ceasar® lounge. Any celebrity who had their photo taken in the lounge would get to pick a dog rescue organization near their home to have 200 free Ceasar® canine cuisine entrees delivered to - what a great cause! We saw a lot of wonderful celebs lining up to help out.
Brittny Gastineau and her mom Lisa have a new fine jewelery line, Tres Glam. Lots of fun bling for evening accessorizing.
Nostalgia Co. Mitchell and Ness - cool line of authentic retro sports wear. I scored a Raiders tee that looks like I have had it for years.
This was the hotels gorgeous spa area where we went for our custom spray tans from Infinity Sun. I am a spray tan expert (ok I am a little addicted...) and this system is so fast, so smooth and dries so quickly I can not wait to do it again! Amy is a tanning virgin and she loved her light "glow".
How could we resist JoySticks? After the spray tans we decided they were a must on our list. I felt like I was 12 again sitting in the sun eating a yummy ice cream bar dipped in chocolate covered with multi color sprinkles. They call them "happiness on a stick" - no argument there!
I'm ending with these 2 pictures of Amy - I think she liked the ice cream stands the best!
All and all it was a really fun "working" afternoon.
