While she may look like a pretty girl who trash talks really well, Ronda Rousey proved tonight that she is not just talking, when she took down Miesha Tate in only 4:27 minutes to become the new Strikeforce bantamweight champ. In case you haven't seen the video, all I can say is that armbar looked damn painful. Yeah, don't tell anyone, but I had to look away. Twice.
