Where is Ken?

Christian Louboutin has teamed up with Barbie for her 50th birthday and given her a whole new collection of shoes and 4 different looks.  And taken her on a trip to Paris for a year as documented in the book below.  Mr. Louboutin also let the public know that Barbie's ankles were too thick for his taste and needed to be slimmed down. Hmmm... What happened to a woman looking Ok the way she is? I guess even Barbie isn't perfect these days.
